Primacy Engineering Inc. is a defense contractor that specializes in marine system integration and design. We have a worldwide presence with offices and test facilities in North America and Asia. We have an extensive 30+ years of experience in the industry which provides us with a high level of expertise in marine system development and manufacturing capabilities recognized by our customers and various industries. Our ultimate goal at Primacy is to serve our clients with honesty and integrity while providing the best quality service possible.

Primacy Engineering Inc. is capable of systems engineering and integration for various subcontractors and manufacturer products. Other services include MIL-STD and other specifications.

Engineering Services

Primacy offers the handling, adjusting, and negotiating licenses.  We obtain export licenses and documents that are required by U.S. Dept. of State.

The export licenses include: DSP-5, DSP-83, DSP-85 TAA, etc.

Administrative                    Services

Primacy Engineers are capable of technical design, analysis, consultation, field support, and creation of technical manuals. We can also provide 24/7 on-site technical services worldwide. Our ILS includes manuals, training, follow-on support, maintenance, and so forth.

We deal with all program related issues. This includes continuous and consistent business development  through local offices. Primacy also performs business operation and decision making in order to direct activities to achieve  common goals and objectives. We do this by managing contracts as a prime contractor with Shipyard/Government Acquisition Agency/Navy.
